How do I improve my feminine flavor?
TL;DR: Young (under 30) woman has bad vaginal flavor and odor. Has seen two separate gynecologists, takes probiotics, washes with pH-balanced lady-soap, drinks excessive amounts of water, and has gone 100% vegan with no improvement of scent or flavor. Wtf is there else to do?
(I hope this is the right subreddit to post this. Since this problem effects my sex life so deeply, I figured someone else might have a similar problem and in turn an answer.)
My boyfriend loves to give oral. The first time we slept together (my some miracle I tasted good to him that one day) he went at it for an easy 20-minutes straight. But every time since then (2 years) I’ve tasted so bad to him that he no longer even tries. It’s pretty embarrassing, and my vaginal flavor has impacted the way my current boyfriend and I interact in the bedroom.
This has been a consistent problem for me. My two previous boyfriends also agreed that my flavor was unbearable and they could not even force themselves to go down on me – no matter how much they wanted to please me.
I produce a generally harsh odor to any foods that aren’t extremely bland, and I am stuck between choosing to eat terrible food every day or to always have an awkward sex life.
This is very important to me, because I am now haunted by the thought that no one will be able to tolerate my flavor.
roborbbrobor: Pineapple juice or bromelain is highly regarded. Keep refined sugar low.
whosroz: skip the pH wash.. any kind of soap is terrible for your lady bits
ArrowRobber: The health steps you’ve taken so far are good. The part that’s left out is your weight (for cardiovascular reasons) and muscle strength / tone, and how often do you commit to physical exertion that results in you producing a solid sweat?

DCsportsJohnny: This is a serious answer. . go on amazon.com ..type in flavored lubricant and have your boyfriend’s use these when they go down on you ..that’s a really nice taste and smell and also obviously is useful for other things.
Use them for years..mint,fruit,etc…work great, most are non oily,great,water soluble. Read the reviews to help you choose.
thepurpleminx: My ex was rather obsessed with getting between my legs. It was sometimes a problem…but I maintain a fairly bland diet in general and drink lots of juices, water and ginger ale? Fruit in take is fairly regular, bananas, apples, oranges and melons here and there. Berries also nice…but I hear that citrus fruit have the biggest impact though be careful not to overdo it. Don’t want you to develop blood sugar problems!
