What is a great app to track your sex life?
Like habit trackers, but for sex. Any recomendations?
Transport2641: My wife’s apple watch alerted her to ”control her breathing” due to sudden accelerate heart rate. Figured I must be doing something right.
whatfanda: In a lot of menstrual apps you can also keep track of your sex life, I’m using Clue.
insane_professional: I like using the app daylio for pretty much everything I want to track. It’s really customizable so you can track moods, periods, sex, activities etc etc
RadicalD11: Excel, make a nice spreadsheet
Puhp: I’ve used an app called [Nice](https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/nice-sex-tracker/id1107291612?mt=8) for the last two+ years and love it. Not sure if it’s on anything other than iOS though.
abstract_psycho: Well, Eve is a period tracker, but it also has a section for sex in its health log. These are the options: with condom, without condom, banana free, make out session, all me and none
beautysleepsodom: Flo is another period tracker app that has sex tracking. You can log with or without protection, masturbation, or if you’ve got a high sex drive that day.
Calendar would probably work too ; )
Luciepucie: Why do you Want to do something like that?
gruveholmes: Each new year I set up a Google spreadsheet. I have life data for all of 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 to present.
I have a row for each day of the year. I have columns to track wake time, sleep time, sleep hours (calculated automatically from previous columns), weight (entered weekly), intercourse, oral for her, oral for me, hand job for me, hand job for her, I initiated, she initiated, a vibrator/toy was used, morning, noon, night, positions (I have some standard abbreviations), day of her period, and day of the week corresponding to that date. There are also a few columns for notes.
For the sex related columns I just put a 1 in each column that applies. E.g. if she initiated a BJ one morning then there would be 1s in the column for BJ, her initiating, and AM. Sometimes there’s even reason to put a 2 or more in a column.
The “tracking” doesn’t take any real time at all. It’s quick to punch in a couple numbers on the sheet with my iPhone or on the computer.
My wife knows about the spreadsheet and thought it was a bit weird at first but she thinks it’s interesting now.
I put together a pivot table and chart last week that shows sexual activity per each day of her cycle. Over the past three years there are definitely certain days in her cycle where we are more likely to have sex — around 14 days before her period is a major time for action. That is generally around ovulation time. The spike in activity was not on purpose. It was just a function of us being biologically ready and willing.
We thought it was interesting to see how we were interacting based on her cycle. Now that we have that insight I think it will make for better understanding going forward. From the data we also learned we are most likely to have sex on the weekend and least likely on a Tuesday.
I may start adding other life-related columns to track other things. It’s a lot like a journal of my life but formatted so that I can easily make charts to analyze.
VictreeS: It would seem from the responses that this is something people do, may I ask why??
WeAllFloatGeorgie: You should make one!!…
Jerah1999: “How’s your sex life?”
curiousredgem: P tracker for Android you can also upgrade to P tracker Deluxe.
Quickly log when you had sex, whether or not you used protection, what position and if you had an orgasm.
You can also log moods and symptoms.
druluna: If you have android an app literally named track my sex life os there
tiredofthisshit2017: If you have an iPhone, you can input sexual activity manually and choose whether protection was used or not. It’s a little clunky, but it does allow for it.
ThrowAwayBae91: For Android there’s an app called Sex Calender by CT Inc.
brennanfee: Um… why? Why would such a thing be desirable in the least?
Transport2641: Yes, you have sex. If you did it right, they call you back… you win.
